1. Service Description
Ready Restaurants provides a digital marketplace that connects customers with participating franchise restaurant outlets. Ready Restaurants acts solely as a technology facilitator and does not own or operate any restaurant locations.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate registration details. Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws may lead to account suspension.
3. Payments
All orders are processed through secure payment gateways integrated in the app. Refunds and order issues are handled in coordination with respective partner restaurants.
4. Data & Privacy
Location and contact data are collected to facilitate orders, deliveries, and customer support, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
Ready Restaurants is not responsible for delays, food quality issues, or delivery incidents caused by restaurant partners or third-party logistics.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate user access in case of misuse or policy violations.
